As a manager you are consistent in your treatment of your employees?

One of the key ingredients of good managers is the ability to ensure the coherence of all its functions and activities lead to. Some of them are as:

Very few managers that I encountered during my 25 year career as a trainer, coach and consultant, the ability to maintain a high level of integrity when they come to the consistency. There are always factors, circumstances and people who are able to draw these managers from their ability to control this aspect of their professional duties.
